How do I buy Beautiful Days tickets with On The Fiddle discount?

Membership discount for Beautiful Days 2010

If you are not an On The Fiddle member you will need to join first and wait for your membership to be processed before you can get the discount.

It isn’t difficult but I have tried to explain thoroughly to cover all eventualities

1. In the shop section of the website, login with your email address and password. (If you can’t remember it, try something, then you will get the option to use the forgotten password button and be sent a new one) You will know you are successfully loged in if you see the option to logout! You need to use the email address you used when buying your membership.

2. Chose 1 or 2 in the quantity box for the members adult ticket option and click add to basket.
Ensure you order no more than 2 tickets from the members adult ticket option per member, because if you do we will have to cancel your complete order and you may loose out on your festival tickets.
You can order any extra adult tickets you require from the adult ticket section.

3. Choose the quantities for any other ticket types you require and click add to basket.

4. If you are bringing cars or campervans please don’t forget to buy your car or campervan routing passes – one per vehicle.

5. When you have added all the tickets and routing passes you require to the basket click basket to review your order. When you are happy with it click checkout.

6. Here you can review your order again check your address is correct and choose your mailing list option then click submit.

7. This takes you through to the payment page which is a Secure Trading payment system which means that your credit card details are fully encrypted using the most sophisticated e-payment software. Fill in your payment details here and click send payment.

8. When your order is successfully completed you will see a transaction successful page which you should print and keep for your records. You will be sent an automated email confirming your order has been received within a few minutes and another email when your order has been processed.

9. Festival tickets will not be posted out until mid July. Please check the website for the exact date. You will need to sign for your tickets, if you are out a card will be left and you will need to collect them from the post office within a week.

When is Beautiful Days Festival 2010?

The festival is always on the 3rd weekend in August - before the bank holiday weekend. In 2010 it falls on the weekend of 20th - 22rd August

Please email us from your old email address telling us your new email address and asking us to update it for you.

How do I buy things in the shop
