Levellers are playing at the Forest of Galtres Festival ( York ) over the August Bank Holiday weekend alongside The Charlatans, British Sea Power, and The Men They Couldn't Hang. You can get up to £15 off their entry ticket by using the Levellers discount code!
Levellers will play Galtres Festival at Crayke, North Yorkshire , for the first time, headlining the main stage on the Sunday night. They will join 100 bands playing over three days on five stages. Entry costs just £60* for a weekend ticket or £36* for the day so it must be one of the best-priced festivals ever, in the setting of a wonderful hilltop arena overlooking the Vale and City of York . * Use the discount code LEVELLERS-744 at checkout to get your discount - £3 off a day ticket, £5 off a weekend ticket and £15 off a family weekend ticket. Stage times will not be announced until the festival itself and will be available in the official programmes. And, we promised we would warn you so here you are: tickets for Beautiful Days 2011 have nearly sold out so PLEASE don’t leave it too late to get yours!
2011 headline acts are BIG AUDIO DYNAMITE, GOGOL BORDELLO, CARTER USM and LEVELLERS. Other acts include TIM MINCHIN, POP WILL EAT ITSELF, FLOGGING MOLLY, AFRO CELT SOUND SYSTEM, STEREO MCS, THE LOW ANTHEM, I AM KLOOT, JOHN GRANT, THE BLOCKHEADS, LAU, THE MOB, ALABAMA 3 ACOUSTIC & UNPLUGGED, TEDDY THOMPSON, GENTLEMAN’S DUB CLUB, FOUR MEN & A DOG, PAUL HEATON, OYSTERBAND, THE JIM JONES REVUE, THE BEAT, EDDI READER & LOADS MORE. The Sunday theme for Beautiful Days 2011 will be 'Spots & Polka Dots' - whatever you dress yourself up in on the Sunday, please make sure you're wearing something spotty or dotty! There will be a firework finale to close the event after the Levellers set on the Sunday night. New for 2011 is the SILENT DISCO which will take place on Saturday and Sunday night in the The Little Big Top. The line-up of spoken word and alternative performances on Dirty Davey’s Bandstand and music at The Bimble Inn are still to be announced.
Adult Weekend Camping Tickets are £110, 10 to Under 16’s Weekend Camping Ticket £60, 5 to Under 10’s Weekend Camping Ticket £30 and Under 5’s Weekend Camping Ticket £5. Car routing/parking tickets are £15. All tickets have SOLD OUT. We strongly advise you buy a routing pass for your car/vehicle to make your entry on the festival site a lot quicker and smoother. The routing stickers help us guide you off the main roads, into the festival site and parked for the weekend. Car routing/parking tickets are available to buy now from LEVELLERS.CO.UK Go to HERE to see terms and conditions of sale and for more information about tickets and vehicle passes. Weekend Camping Tickets allow the holder to camp on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. Gates open at 2pm on Thursday 18 August.
PLEASE NOTE: All tickets are subject to booking fee. There are no day tickets available. The festival will not be held responsible for purchases from unofficial ticket outlets. Please read the terms and conditions of sale before purchasing tickets. Please make sure you buy children’s tickets for the age they will be at the time of the festival and not the age they are at the time of purchase. Children of ALL AGES count as part of the festivals capacity and must have a ticket. And, if you’ve never been to the festival before please note: No glass, fireworks or fire lanterns are permitted on site!

Part 2 Encores & a specially commissioned tour documentary directed by Dunstan Bruce
