LEVELLERS ‘LEVELLING THE LAND’ MAY SHOWS - POSTPONED UNTIL DECEMBER

Due to unforeseen circumstances we regret to inform you that the Levellers ‘Levelling The Land Live’ shows on the 12, 13 & 14 May in Leicester, Sheffield and London have been postponed until December. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Original tickets remain valid for the rescheduled dates. Refunds are available at the point of purchase if you are unable to attend the new dates. Apologies, once again, from all the band and we hope to see you in December. Special guests on the rescheduled dates will be Dreadzone and Back To The Planet.

We're delighted to let you know that we will be opening the gates to Beautiful Days 2011 on Thursday to weekend campers at no extra cost to you. Weekend camping ticket holders will be able to enter the site between 2pm and 9pm on Thursday 18 August to set up camp. The gates will then re-open for entry at 9am on Friday morning. Stages will not start until Friday afternoon but caterers, traders and bars will be open on Thursday.
By opening the gates on Thursday we hope you will be able to enter the site on Thursday or Friday and set up camp at a more leisurely pace. And we wont have to get up as early on the Friday morning as in previous years!
We will be announcing the final acts for The Big Top and Main Stage on the 01 June plus the comedy line-up in The Little Big Top, more acts for the evening in there and some of whats going to be on at Dirty Davey's Bandstand.
We can, however, let you know that this year for the first time we will have a SILENT DISCO at the festival in The Little Big Top going on into the small hours on the Saturday and Sunday night!

SPOTS & POLKA DOTS!
Spots are the new stripes this Summer! Thank you for all your suggestions - we've decided the Sunday theme for Beautiful Days 2011 will be 'Spots & Polka Dots'.
Its up to you whether you want to dress up as a Dalmation or a Ladybird or just wear a spotty shirt, bowtie or skirt. Whatever you dress yourself up in on the Sunday, please make sure you're wearing something spotty or dotty! We're already planning some amazing site art amongst other things which will tie in with the theme.
We will also be running a competition on Dirty Davey's Bandstand to find the person with the most dotty outfit this year! Congraulations to last year's winner (the stripey strongman) who won Beautiful Days 2011 tickets.
Campervan tickets nearly sold out
We promised we'd let you know, so here you are.......campervan tickets are close to selling out. We have expanded the size of the campervan field once again this year but numbers are still limited.
Weekend camping tickets are also selling well so please dont leave it too late to buy yours. Adult weekend camping tickets are £110, 10 to Under 16's camping tickets are £60, 5 to under 10's camping tickets are £30 and Under 5's camping tickets are £5. Campervan tickets are £35 and car parking passes are £15. Weekend camping tickets now allow the holder to camp on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. Earliest entry for ticket holders is now 2pm on Thursday 18 August.

There are only 3 weeks left to enter Beautiful Days & Acoustic Magazine's third Singer-Songwriter Competition. Following the huge response to last year’s competition we are once again running the competition that offers the winner a slot at this year’s festival on The Big Top plus some incredible prizes.
To enter (and for more information) go to www.acousticmagazine.com and the Beautiful Days competition page. You will need to provide a link to a video of your acoustic performance (no cover versions). The performance must be on an acoustic instrument, either solo or part of an ensemble and must be an example of your current work. Closing date is 1 June 2011. The finalists will be judged by a panel of members from the Beautiful Days team and Acoustic magazine. GOOD LUCK!

LEVELLERS - BRIXTON DVD & CDs -We don't have any more news on this at the moment but will do an extra mailout if we know more befor June.
The show at Brixton was recorded with 11 cameras and is in post production.
Release will be a 2 CD's plus DVD limited edition all in same deluxe packaging.
Pre orders will be taken once we have an edit the band are happy with...anyone pre ordering gets their name on the artwork & end credits of the film.
