Levellers will be playing one of the most prestigious venues in the country this month. Don’t miss this once in a lifetime show at the Royal Albert Hall where the band will be joined by a string quartet for an acoustic performance during the first half and then the band will be playing electric in the second half. Nick Harper is supporting.

For those of you who can’t join us in London, the band will be playing at Northampton’s Royal & Derngate Theatre (and Buxton Opera House which has now sold out) on Thursday 25 and Friday 26 with support from Nick Harper. The string quartet will also be joining the band in Northampton.

BEAUTIFUL DAYS 2008

Thank you to everyone who came to the festival during the wettest and dullest August on record (how unlucky are we!?) to have another fantastic festival. Despite everything it was a great weekend. Thank you to all the bands for some amazing performances, all the crew, stewards, litter-pickers, security, stallholders, the estate and to everyone who worked in advance and during the weekend.
After the 2007 festival we spent a lot of time and money preparing the site and improving the toilets, increasing the campsites and making access better around the site. We are now looking at further improvements we can make, particularly in the car parks, for future festivals.
Thank you for all emails and feedback we have received – we do read all your comments and have noted all suggestions. There are some fantastic photographs on the festival website, links to photo albums on the forum and reviews will be posted soon.

ON THE FIDDLE
