All profits to Sussex Homeless Support
Now in its 11th year supporting the needs of the ever growing community of homeless people in their home town of Brighton - Sussex Homeless Support likes to think of its services as more of a hand up, not a hand out.
To raise cash and awareness organiser Jim Dean is putting together another ‘Brighton Sleep Out’ THIS SUNDAY 18th APRIL
Charlie Heather, Levellers’ drummer and his family have been working with Jim for several years
“Matt and I did the big sleep out in 2019 as some of you will remember and we managed to raise £5k.
To help the event this year we are selling these shirts with all profits going directly to Jim at SHS and there’s an evening of live music before the event - info below”.
The Big Sleep Out event is at the Volks in Brighton from around 7pm until 11.30 featuring local bands such as the mighty Hurly Burly, Mad Dog Collective, Roozbeth Golpa and Phat Problem. After the music stops the big sleep out starts until 8am.
Tickets £10
